About Me
I practice therapy in Massachusetts and Rhode Island via Telehealth.
I simply want to come alongside you because I truly believe YOU matter.
I feel privileged to be a part of my clients' journeys.
I never take my work for granted nor my own need to learn and grow.
I remember learning that if you ask a child at the age of 6 what they want to be when they grow up, what they say is often what they become.
Maybe it’s not statistically proven but for me it’s true!
I didn’t have the words of ‘therapist’ when I was 6 but it sounded something like “I want to help people” and as I got older, I found myself to be the listener, the supporter, and the emotionally attuned friend and family member. It’s just who I am. Being a therapist is a privilege to the human heart and soul. I am so grateful for having the chance to get to know my clients so deeply. I help them remember that we are resilient, strong to our core human beings and that when ‘the going gets tough’, we need love and connection and a listening heart.
In my practice, the combination of experience, education, and genuine human connection sets the stage for a special therapeutic environment.
It's a place where you can freely explore and grow toward your best self.
